The variety of events that can be hosted at UW-Stout ranges from small meetings and workshops, to large conferences and celebrations. We are also an ideal location for summer youth camps and conferences.
Summer Housing
Overnight accommodations are available on campus during the summer months and is a popular option for camps and conferences spanning multiple days on campus. If you would like more information on hosting a summer camp or conference on campus, please contact us directly for more information.
Event Technology
All of the meeting rooms in the MSC are equipped with a projector and screen with built-in controls for picture display and sound. You can connect your own laptop or rent one from us. We offer AirMedia or a hardline connection. We’ll help you determine which option is best based on your presentation needs.

Event Support
The Event Technology Crew (ETC) is the Memorial Student Center’s live production and technical support crew. They help ensure your technical needs are achieved. If you would like to meet with someone personally, we can make arrangements when making the reservation to include meeting with a technician prior to the event.
