Reducing barriers while increasing safety
Disability Services continues to work with students, faculty, and staff in creating accessible living and learning experiences for all who attend Stout. Our office is making adjustments that align with best practices and university guidelines for a safe and healthy fall. We will continue to make updates to this page as details become known and decisions are made regarding campus operations.

You will receive an email from Disability Services after DS has approved space availability in the Testing Center.
Due to COVID19, the Testing Center has very limited space availability. The Testing Center is only able to test 5 individuals at a time in the morning and 5 individuals in the afternoon due to social distancing restrictions, extended testing times, and cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
Our plan is to provide priority to testers who require the assistance of a staff member to start or complete their exams.
Faculty are encouraged to proctor student exams with ALL accommodations in place or provide the option of online testing.
Consider allowing flexibility in scheduling the time and/or the day of an exam to allow for greater scheduling in the Testing Center.
