Description | Evaluate knowledge surrounding leadership in higher education. Compare adaptive challenges and formulate how to embrace and apply the change process to teams and organizations. Appraise higher education leadership with an increased understanding of organizational culture and behaviors to manage the enterprise of education. Application of knowledge gained from the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute (WLDI).
