Career Readiness Is Key
The Cooperative Education & Internship Program (CEIP) is our flagship experiential learning experience supporting UW-Stout’s career-focused mission and polytechnic designation. CEIP provides students unmatched opportunities to experience an active and applied focus on learning within their professional field before they graduate. Our award-winning program is centrally coordinated by Career Services ensuring structure, support and collaborative partnerships between employers, students, and university faculty/staff.
Students enroll in CEIP to complete a work experience that allows them to develop essential career readiness skills, increasing employability upon graduation. Employer partners participate to recruit career-ready students, build their talent pipeline, and provide feedback, ultimately influencing the education of students entering their professional field.
