The Master of Science in Training and Talent Development (TTD) prepares professionals to successfully lead workplace learning, performance, and change at the individual, group, and organizational levels regardless of sector or industry. The custom instruction (CI) courses in the TTD program are delivered asynchronously online, allowing for greater flexibility to meet working adults' personal and professional lifestyles. The TTD program also has an engaged Program Advisory Committee that provides valuable insight and guidance to influence the future direction of the curriculum and, ultimately, the talent development capabilities of the students who graduate from the program.
