Our interactive session will cover:
- Disruption and what we’ve experienced previously.
- Leadership preparedness for disruptions.
- Minimizing uncertainty and fear during a time of disruption.
- Visioning the transformational possibilities for your organization.
In addition to the session, we will be including a one-on-one coaching session with Dr. Wilson to assist you with specific questions or situations with your organization. We hope you’ll take advantage.
