As an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Gindy Neidermyer is proud to be a part of its mission and wholeheartedly support its values. She has worked in several capacities at the university. Neidermyer currently serves as Interim Dean.
Neidermyer's teaching interests include leadership, leadership technology for education, functional and technical clothing, garment production and engineering, and CAD/CAM for soft good manufacturing.
Her main research interests and areas of expertise are functional and technical apparel products. Her more recent projects include ballistic and thermal regulation research for the US Marine Corps and competitive suit development for Ski Jumping teams.
